Our journey to revitalize this gem resulted in an exciting proposal, and we are thrilled to share the details of our project with you.

A Journey Through Union Club's Transformation

The Vision

Our goal was to enrich the existing Union Club's aura with premium amenities while preserving its heritage. The 8583 sq. ft. space, spread over four levels, including a semi-basement, was strategically divided into four distinctive zones, each offering a unique experience. This division allowed for versatility, where these spaces could function independently or seamlessly integrate as needed.

The Grand Entrance

A linear proportion for the floor plate design was adopted to make the entrance the focal point of the development. The entrance lobby flows gracefully into formal areas, leading to a spacious outdoor wooden patio overlooking a vast swimming pool. This setting radiates elegance and sophistication.

First Level: An Oasis of Privacy

The first level unveils a large, open volume, housing a state-of-the-art gym and suite rooms. Our linear room arrangement guarantees maximum privacy for each suite, creating a serene, exclusive atmosphere.

Second Level: Recreational Haven

The second level is a haven for recreation, featuring dedicated zones for billiards and table tennis. These converge into a relaxed lounge area that opens up to a semi-covered terrace offering breathtaking southern views.

Design Palette

The exterior of the Union Club transformation elegantly blends brick plaster and polished white paint finish, beautifully complemented by a gray paint finish on the roofs. The color palette within and outside the premises is inspired by earthy tones, seamlessly merging with the natural surroundings of the location.
